Sengupta was awarded Doctor of Philosophy in Commerce for his work on 'Academic
Leadership in Higher Education: A Study of Selected Universities' from Tripura
Central University. Dr. Sengupta is
presently working as the Assistant Professor (Stage-II) and Head, Department of
Business Administration, Holy Cross College (HCC), Agartala. Dr. Sengupta is a

Central University. He is also the IQAC Coordinator of HCC. Dr. Sengupta has in
