Presently working as an Assistant professor at Holy Cross college Agartala, 2019 to till now.
Worked as an HR Manager with Mahindra and Mahindra 2016-2017.
Worked as a Guest Faculty at THE ICFAI UNIVERSITY, TRIPURA in the year 2015.
Worked as an HR executive with innomak1Tech, Chennai.

Worked as a Resource Person in delivering multiple lecture sessions on 'MOTIVATION, LEADERSHIP& CORPORATE GOVERNANCE' at Panchayat Raj Training Institute, Govt. Of
Tripura.

Successfully led a team of more than 100 people as an HR Manager. Under my leadership as HR Manager my dealership achieved volume sales & certificate of excellence for
adhering to process management.
Excellent in understanding and analyzing human behavior.
Got distinction in Nazrul Geeti and also in vocal (both theory and Practical) during 1st year.
Ranked 3rd in subdivision level science fair exhibition 2006.
Participated in various quizzes, debates, recitation, drama, etc. in school and colleges & excelled.
