i. 2022-Present: Assistant Professor in Zoology Dept. Holy Cross College, Jubatara, Agartala, West Tripura
ii. 2017-2022: Worked as Post Graduate Teacher (Biology) in Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, Agartala, West Tripura
iii. 2011-2017: Worked as Research Associate in State Biotech Hub Project, a DBT Project in Human Molecular Genetics Lab of Human Physiology Dept. of Tripura University. Besides research experience, Dr. Ray Choudhury had also taken both theoretical and practical classes of the Hub trainees and students.
iv. 2010-2011: Worked as Guest Lecturer at Zoology Dept. in Maharaja Bir Bikram College, Agartala, Tripura
v. 2008-2009: Worked as UGC Research Fellow
vi. 2005-2008: Worked as Senior Research Fellow in ICAR Project
vii. 2003-2004: Worked as technical Assistant in CSIR Project
